Callopy & Bather
Ms. Bather has 25 years of experience defending all aspects of Workers’ Compensation matters, including Labor Code Section 132 (a) matters and Serious and Willful Misconduct actions. Prior to law school, Ms. Bather was a personnel manager for a large manufacturing company, as well as a Personnel Supervisor for several trucking companies, where she handled risk management and personnel-human resource issues.
She is a frequent lecturer in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas having taught numerous Continuing Education of the Bar classes in Workers’ Compensation and related matters as well as at the University of California, Irvine where she taught Legal Writing. Ms. Bather has served as a pro-tem judge and is also on the board of Kids Come First, a non-profit organization providing primary medical care to underprivileged children.
Ms. Bather holds a degree from California State University, Long Beach (B.A. Political Science-Public Administration) and a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, College of Law.
