With over seventeen years experience as a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney, Ms. Course’s practice has encompassed all aspects of Workers’ Compensation cases, representing both self-insureds and insurance carriers. She handles all aspects of cases from inception through post trial, including appellate briefings. She has successfully defended employers against Labor Code section 132a claims and Serious and Willful Misconduct claims.

Ms. Course holds a Juris Doctrate form Golden Gate University and is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (B.A. Political Science).
