Mr. Wiggins heads the firm’s litigation and business practice. Mr. Wiggins represents clients in administrative actions, contract negotiation, fraud investigation, general civil litigation and appeals. He has successfully tried jury and court cases involving product liability, government liability, personal injury, contract and premises actions.

He serves in the Superior Court as a settlement conference pro tem judge, and his extensive trial practice includes state and federal lawsuits in California, Minnesota and Kansas. Mr. Wiggins personally holds an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Wiggins has been selected as a SuperLawyer by his peers as published in Law & Politics and San Francisco magazines. He received his Juris Doctor from Hastings College of Law in 1982 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont McKenna College.
