Mr. Graves is an associate with experience in litigating all aspects of Workers’ Compensation law. He has successfully tried cases at the WCAB and defended employers against Labor Code 132(a) claims. Mr. Graves holds a Juris Doctor and Tax Concentration Certificate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He was also a member of Hastings’ Constitutional Law Quarterly.

Mr. Graves graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
