Of Counsel

Ms. Marks, of counsel, is a graduate of Hastings College of the Law. Her legal practice for the last twenty two years includes extensive federal and state court litigation involving bankruptcy, premises liability, subrogation, public sector litigation, commercial loan enforcement, lender liability defense and insurance related matters. In addition to litigation, Ms. Marks has significant transactional experience including documentation of original loan transactions, real and personal property leases, secured transactions and workouts.

Ms. Marks has been a panelist for the Bar Association of San Francisco’s continuing legal education program in the field of enforcement of judgments. She personally holds an AV rating with Matindale-Hubell. Ms. Marks received her Bachelor of Arts Degree magna cum laude from SUNY at Albany and also studied at the University of Copenhagen.
