Mr. Romano is a partner with the firm. He primarily practices Workers’ Compensation law. Mr. Romano has successfully defended serious and willful and Labor Code Section 132(a) discrimination cases. He has lectured at the Industrial Claims Association and has published articles regarding the current changes in Workers’ Compensation law.

Mr. Romano previously worked in the Workers’ Compensation department of the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco, and Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of California at San Diego.
