Mr. Thorson is a partner with extensive experience in litigating all aspects of Workers’ Compensation law, including successful fraud investigations and referrals resulting in prosecutions.

He is a graduate of University of California, Hastings College of the Law. In addition, Mr. Thorson is a graduate of Miami University, where he earned his B.A. in Political Science and Spanish. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key National Honor Society and was named to both the Dean’s List and the President’s List.
